Delivery Information

Shipping

  • We can ship all in-stock orders in 1-3 business days as your payment has cleared.
  • Prototyping service like PCB,Assembling will be shipped in 1-3 days after manufaturing finish.
  • All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching.
  • When receiving your package please check the content of the parcel before signing for your goods if you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
  • Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimation before checkout, please add the items you intend to order to your cart, and then click "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" at the Shopping Cart page. This will provide a list of shipping methods available for your destination.
  • We will ship according to the shipping address you provided. Please tell us any address change before your order is marked "Shipped" to avoid parcel loss.
  • You can track your parcel in  shipping provider website with the tracking number.

    • We are using the cheapest express shipping provider available for your country :

DHL   UPS EMS

    • The shipping time depends on your destination but is between 2-8 days for most countries.
    • The shipping costs is not including remote area fee for DHL & UPS, if your address is a remote area in DHL or UPS remote list,we may change other similar shipping method or inform you to pay for the remote area fee.
  • Air mail:
    • We are using the cheapest standard shipping provider available for your country:​

    • The shipping time is between 15-25 workdays for most countries,but shipping time is greatly affected by factors beyond our control, like weather, post office delay, custom and etc. We couldn't guarantee a timely delivery but will perform the best on our side.
    • If your order by Air mail with tracking is notified as "Traceable" for 30 days without reception, please contact your post office and notify us. We will follow up closely to track the parcel, and refund/ reship in the worst case.
    • You can choose shipping methods without tracking, but we regret that we can't hold the responsibility for the possible loss.


Customs and Taxes

  • We are not charging any taxes from our side.
  • You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
  • If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the order will be returned to us and we will refund the customer his payment minus the costs we had to pay already for shipping and handling
  • Customs and laws are different in each country. Please verify the requirements while placing your order. Contact us if you need some support from our side. We will support you as much as we can.
